By listening and analyzing carefully what our customers want, we can provide them with the best training to address their needs.Service is the most important of all. It means exuding positivity and enthusiasm with a friendly environment, and always putting the customer before all else. If the customer says jump, you do not ask "how high" - you simply run to the tip-top of the tallest mountain and swan dive off with a triple backflip, assuming that could be the highest and most impressive jump anyone could ever possibly want.
I can highly recommend. I was at first sceptical how effective this might be but it works very well over Zoom. Of course you don't have all the equipment as in a gym but Shan is very creative to make up for it.
We have been exercising with Shan for more than 5 years. We really enjoyed it and moreover it improved our overall health and condition. Also Ali was an equally excellent stand in PT. We certainly recommend you join these sessions.
Shan is awesome! I haven't done the zoom workouts yet since I'm kinda swamped at the moment but I bet it's good!
